Description (Service)	These programs do not require pre-registration, you can join at anytime, unless otherwise specified Baby Rhyme Time Wed 1:15 pm-2:45 pm for parents and their babies, ages newborn to 15 months (non-walkers) bond with your baby through play enjoy circle time packed with songs, rhymes, stories, and music as well as tips and tricks to foster healthy attachment meet up with other families, to share experiences and forge new friendships for you and your little one Library visits 3rd Fri of the month Family Drop In & Circle Time Mon-Fri 10 am-12:30 pm (Sep-Jun) Tue-Fri 10 am-12:30 pm (Jul & Aug) for children 0-3 years meet other moms, dads, caregivers and grandparents play with other children, share some rhymes, songs, crafts and stories Family Resource Programs providing programs and navigating resources for children email OPNC Family Resource Manager cabrahams@opnc.ca Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) providing in-home learning opportunities for families in need with children 3-5 years email coordinator@hippyoakville.org for more information Japanese Play Time 0-4 years old Thu 12:30 pm-2:15 pm (Sep-May) JK/SK Thursday 4 pm-5 pm email hiyokochickclub@gmail.com for more information La Hora del Cuento Spanish Play Time email hello@opnc.ca Other services offered by Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre include: Licensed Child Care Centre Child & Youth Programs Adult Programs Low Income Supports
