Description (Service)
  • Friendly Visiting for Seniors - Friendship Support/Friendly Visiting for isolated seniors
  • Seniors On the Go - for seniors who don't qualify for other transportation programs, this service provides free transportation to medical appointments for seniors 55+ in Halton-Mississauga
  • Youth Mental Health Programs - workshops and peer support sessions to vulnerable youth, with a special focus on programs for underserved and at-risk youth, ages 12-24
  • Mentoring Program - through sports and outdoor activities, provides an environment where youth 10-17 can grow under the mentorship of positive male role models
  • Youth Employment Support - for Black youth in particular ages18-30 not currently in the education system
  • Homework Support-STEM- students ages 10-19
  • Summer Camp- Adventure & STEM for underserved & at-risk children ages 8-12
