Description (Service)	Free Counselling single session individual counselling talk one-on-one with qualified counsellors available over the phone or via video conferencing get support with no referral or appointment necessary later appointments available upon request
Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm - in-person, virtually and over the phone In-person availbility in Oakville on Wednesday and Milton on Thursday
