Description (Service)
  • indoor competitive volleyball teams for boys and girls from 12-18 years old (runs Sep-May)
  • participate in tournaments throughout the province
  • member of the Ontario Volleyball Association
  • Development Program (Oakville Lightning) for ages 8-12 years (no previous experience required)
  • Beach Volleyball Training Program
Hours
  • practices at schools and facilities throughout Oakville
  • competitive teams are 2-3x/week + Strength Training
  • Development program is 1x/week

  • Indoor Competitive runs Sep-May
  • Development program runs Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer (On the beach courts)
