Description (Service) | 6-week intensive outpatient program provided for children and youth aged 12-18 requiring mental health treatment and education services in a local community high school to prevent hospitalization or to support students as they transition from the inpatient unit into a community setting * program meets daily and provides group and individual-based care within a therapeutic classroom environment * team includes child youth counsellors, social work, psychiatrist, teachers and educational assistants Services include:
